If you have a Bluetooth speaker, use it to create a surround-sound spa experience. Also, don’t forget to turn off your notifications and put your phone somewhere out of sight to disconnect entirely.

🔺 Then, drape a towel over your head, lean over the bowl, and let the steam do its magic for 8 to 10 minutes.

Your feet deserve some TLC too! With this in mind, look after them with these simple steps:

💠 Soak your feet in warm water with epsom salts or essential oils. This will help soften your skin.
