I am very pleased with the Eye Etiquette team. They always call or text me to remind me of an appointment. Recently I had eye glasses treated for a new transition coating, and it was complimentary, very helpful for a senior on a budget.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and also very helpful. The Belmont location is great!

Van (manager) at the Belmont Mall in Langford does it again!

I have sat on my beautiful designer reading glasses at least twice, and each time Van has fixed them;
she has been good-humoured, kind, patient and professional.
As well, Eye Etiquette is perhaps the only store which sells real glass lenses - well worth the extra cost as they do not scratch or smudge, while plastic lenses do both.

Thank you Van!
I will never go anywhere else for my prescription eye glasses!
And I look forward to purchasing some quality sunglasses soon!🥰

AMAZING customer service! It was mine and my boyfriend 1st time shopping there and we got great help, friendly workers and definitely helped with the confident boost of getting glasses again since it’s been awhile. Highly highly recommend!!

Eye Etiquette staff are lovely, friendly, helpful and they took the time to help my fussy indecisiveness on what pair of glasses to choose. I pretty much tried on every pair in the store on more than one occasion. Last time it was pretty much closing time as well. They didn’t try rushing me out the door either. They have reached out a few times after to check in with my glasses and contacts. That to me is wonderful customer service. You don’t see that anymore. Awesome work. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends.

Hi, I had an appointment with the optometrist yesterday. He gave me a new prescription and contact lenses. He is fantastic, the best service. I appreciate him and his expertise. I am very pleased with my new contacts and all the information he shared during the appointment.Thank you!

Dr. Leekha and his staff are excellent. He takes great care to ensure he has covered off and explained everything to me during my eye exam. Has a great selection of glasses and staff were very helpful in finding the right fit

Went in for an eye exam i thought eye etiquette did a great job explaining my condition and coming up with the best resolution. I will be back in 2 years for my next appointment.

I just wanted to share how pleased I was with my visit to the Belmont location today. I gave Stephany some general guidelines for the kinds of frames that I like and she immediately brought me five great options. My biggest challenge was saying "no" to frames that looked terrific on me, which is a pretty happy challenge to have. In addition to having a good eye for frames, she was personable, professional, and fun to work with. I will definitely recommend Stephany and the Belmont location to others.
