What Our Patients Say

My comments will not be anything new to the staff at Eye Etiquette, but I shall share them anyway. The entire experience was a pleasure and the staff are a credit to the company. From my entrance to the store, to the moment I walked out, I felt comfortable with my choice and I appreciate the input provided. Kelsey even humoured me and took pictures to ensure I made the right choice with the person who has to look at me the most. Thank you for the outstanding service and top-notch customer support. Will

I could not ask for a better eye care experience for my family! Each staff member went above and beyond. The level of patience and understanding when examining/fitting our small children is remarkable. I think being a parent is challenging enough without having to worry whether health care appt.'s. are going to be stressful. Eye Etiquette makes that stress dissolve! Don't go anywhere else!
My recent experience with Eye Etiquette was excellent from start to finish. First I had an eye exam with Dr. Leekha who was patient and informative. Then I chose new frames from the store. With so many beautiful choices available I was afraid it would take me hours to decide, but Lindsay made the process easy as she skillfully narrowed the field and recommended styles that suited me. I love my new glasses and when they were ready the team made special arrangements for me to pick them up. I will definitely return to Eye Etiquette; and will recommend them to anyone that's in the market for new glasses or contacts. Thank you!

Dr. Leekha was not satisfied until he completely understood the unique features of my vision challenges. He not only "turned over every rock", he did so in a patient and knowledgeable manner and then easily communicated the results in layman's terms. He was like a well trained detective solving the mysteries of my vision limitations. It was clear that my best interests were his priority.Other members of our family place their full trust in Dr. Leekha, as well. I will continue to communicate my confidence in Dr. Leekha to others.

It had been several years since my last eye exam and I was a new client to Eye Etiquette, from the initial email to set up my appointment I was very impressed with the customer service. All of the staff was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to . I can honestly say it was an enjoyable experience.
