You can certainly use your existing frame and have new lenses replaced into the frame. If there are any issues with the frame we would try to point those out to you ahead of time to make sure we are not putting new lenses into a frame that is too old. The cost of replacement lenses really depends on your prescription and lens design. I do not have any insurance coverage. I think it is time to replace my contacts as they are several years old.
